Disclosures:

1. Will not order Benzodiazepines prescription (due to telehealth laws).
2. Will not order stimulants prescription (including for ADHD due to telehealth laws).
3. Kairos Psychiatry provides clinical services only. But does not provide the following, including but not limited to:
4. legal and forensic cases;
5. child custody;
6. without a court order, will not testify, provide evaluations or documentation regarding your treatment;
7. documentation for disability and emotional support animal.
