Call your insurance plan and ask:

1) Do I have outpatient mental health coverage?

2) What percent of my outpatient mental health or outpatient behavioral health is covered? Is there a deductible, copay or insurance?

3) What is the out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health or outpatient behavioral health?

Insurance may have a limit per visit type. You can ask for the max of what they will reimburse for visit type:
